We started in 2019 in a warehouse by the Klaipėda port with a single 5 kg drum. Today there are two, but the principle has not changed: small lots, named farms and a date on every bag.

Roasting
Tuesdays and Fridays
Orders placed before 12:00 make that day’s roast. Later ones go into the next. The bag always carries the exact roast date, not a “best before”.

We have worked with seven of the nine farms three years running. The price is agreed before the harvest starts, so the farm knows its income before picking begins.
