How it works
You pick the coffee and the rhythm. We roast it before every shipment — never more than twenty-four hours ahead, so you open the bag while the coffee is only beginning to open up.
You get an email before each shipment. If you do not need coffee that time, you skip it; if you want a different one, you change it. Nothing is charged until the shipment leaves.
